Microscopic review: Metamyelocyte 1, Band Cell 1, Neutrophils 76, Lymphocytes 11, Monocytes 9, Eosinophils 0, Basophils 0; Anisocytosis+, rare target red blood cells, hypochromia+, microcytosis+, vacuolized monocytes, platelet confirmed in slide.
