The A-TEEM Compliance Package is now available from HORIBA and enables A-TEEM to be used in a GMP environment. Discussion points will be around both the pharmaceutical applications of A-TEEM and the details of the compliance package for GMP labs.

The webinar will be an overview of the A-TEEM technique and some specific applications for which information is gained relevant to pharmaceutical development and process analysis. Addressing such applications requires a set of tools for A-TEEM spectroscopy to help adopt the technique into labs that require Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are also focused on efficiency and ease-of-use.

They will discuss the application of multi-laser nanoparticle analysis (NTA) in determining vaccine degradation and total particle count. They will also present a new analytical approach, fluorescence A-TEEM method for rapid screening of similar but different vaccine final formulations.

Quantitative imaging techniques, such as FRET-FLIM, FCS and FCCS, and RICS are powerful tools to monitor the dynamics and interactions of proteins in live cells.
