Particulate Filter Management System

New legislative regulations and the demand for greater flexibility and accuracy have led to the development of HORIBA’s Particulate Weighing Solution – PFS-ONE.

The automated filter weighing solution for measuring PM2.5 and PM10 includes weighing processes and complete filter handling in compliance with the latest regulations and standards. The PFS-ONE consists of HORIBA application software running on a standard PC and includes a filter weighing robot and a cleanroom workbench as part of the solution.

The PFS-ONE is available in two versions: GMC-ONE, featuring a METTLER TOLEDO robot, and Generation 3, equipped with a DENSO-COBOTTA robot. Both comply with UN GTR No. 24 and DIN EN 12341:202310 and are suitable for the mobility industry and environmental measurements. It can be used as a stand-alone installation or an integrated laboratory module and can be tailored to custom needs.
